Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery. For your safety and ours, certain items cannot be returned (see exceptions below).
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and safety standards, the following cannot be returned:
- Equestrian helmets (safety gear)
- Gloves
- Footwear that shows signs of wear
- Personalized or custom-made items

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Prepaid return shipping label (for US customers)
- Instructions for international returns
Step 3: Package & Ship
Securely repackage items in original packaging with all tags attached. Include the completed return form (provided with your order). For international returns, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Step 4: Processing
Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return. We’ll notify you via email once completed.
Refund Information
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within:
- Credit cards: 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
Exchanges
For size exchanges on English riding boots, breeches, or show apparel:
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly indicate your desired replacement item
- We’ll ship the new item once the return is received
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective equestrian gear:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange expedited replacement at no cost

To ensure proper fit of our technical riding wear:
- Try boots with clean riding socks
- Test breeches while seated to assess knee patch placement
- Check show coats with your competition shirt for sleeve length
